What is the Australian citizenship test?
The official citizenship test is an English-only test based on Our Common Bond. It has 20 questions, lasts 45 minutes, and has two pass rules: 15 out of 20 overall, and all Australian Values questions correct. Always confirm current rules with the Department of Home Affairs.
Is the real test in English?
Yes. The official test is English only. This website lets you learn with Dari support, then practise the English you will need on test day. Mock tests on this product are also English only.
Can I study in Dari?
Yes, for learning and practice support. Lessons and sample questions can include official Dari from Our Common Bond. The mock test does not show Dari, because the real test does not.
Are these official test questions?
No. Practice questions are preparation questions from a private service. They are based on the official Our Common Bond English and Dari resources. They are not government exam papers and we do not claim they are the official test.
What is Our Common Bond?
Our Common Bond is the official Australian Government resource used to prepare for the citizenship test. This product uses the official English and official Dari testable editions as the source of truth for citizenship content.
How does practice work?
Choose a part and start questions. There is no extra topic picker. Each sample shows English first, with Dari support underneath. Option labels stay A, B, C, D. The full 582-question bank is in the app.
What is the mock test?
A realistic 20-question, 45-minute, English-only practice test in the app. It includes unmarked Australian Values questions. After you finish you see overall score, Values score, and pass or fail. You pass only with 15/20 overall and 5/5 on Values.
How does the Values requirement work?
To pass, you must get every Australian Values question correct, and also reach 15 out of 20 overall. Both requirements must be met. During a realistic mock, Values items are not labelled.
Can I use the website on mobile?
Yes. The website is built mobile-first. You can learn, practise sample questions, and switch language on a phone. The full mock timer and progress tools are in the app at app.auscititestprep.com.
How does the language selector work?
On a first visit you can choose English or دری. The choice is remembered. You can switch later from the header. Switching keeps you on the equivalent page, for example /en/learn/part-2 becomes /fa/learn/part-2.
Is the product government affiliated?
No. AusCiti Test Prep is a private preparation service. It is not the Australian Government, not the Department of Home Affairs, and not an official citizenship-test provider.
Do I need an account to start?
No. The public website’s Learn map, sample questions, Values overview and vocabulary work without an account. Create an account in the app when you want the full question bank, audio, progress and timed mocks.
